What We Support

Therapy is for you, wherever you are in your journey.

You don’t need to leave home to receive care. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions, so you can access therapy wherever you feel safest—whether that’s your living room, car, or even on a walk.

Our telehealth services are:

  • Private & Confidential – Your sessions are protected and encrypted for your safety.

  • Flexible to Fit Your Life – We offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, including some weekend availability.

  • Easy to Use – You’ll receive a secure video link—no apps or tech savvy required.

  • Accessible Across California & Georgia – All clients must reside in California or Georgia, but you can live anywhere in the state.

Whether you’re balancing work, parenting, or just need care from a place that feels comfortable, telehealth makes therapy more accessible without compromising quality.
