Parenting solo doesn't mean parenting alone.

Whether you're preparing to bring a new baby home or already navigating life with a newborn, the CommunEmpower Program is here to support your journey.

Designed for unpartnered and solo parents, this program offers the tools, guidance, and community you need to feel prepared, supported, and empowered—because every parent deserves to be held, too.

Solo—but not alone.

Why It Matters

Empowerment through community.

Being a solo parent comes with unique challenges—but also incredible strength.

At CommunEmpower, we don’t just recognize the realities of solo and unpartnered parenting—we honor them. This program was created for the parent doing it all, often without recognition or rest, and still showing up with love.

You deserve more than survival mode. You deserve support that’s practical, culturally affirming, and rooted in real community.

CommunEmpower is about building your confidence as a parent, even when you're doing it alone. It's about helping you feel emotionally supported, not isolated, and connecting you with people who truly understand your experience—not just professionals. This program offers real-world tools, not generic advice, tailored to the day-to-day realities of solo parenting.

This isn’t just a parenting program. It’s a space for validation, healing, and community care—where your strength is seen and your journey is supported every step of the way.

This program is for:

  • Unpartnered, solo, or single parents navigating the perinatal period

  • Expecting or postpartum parents (up to 6 months postpartum) seeking extra support

  • Parents choosing solo parenthood through surrogacy, IVF, adoption, or donor conception

  • Parents facing solo parenting due to loss, incarceration, or separation

  • Parents of all genders, sexual orientations, and family structures

  • First-time parents or those adding another baby to the family

You're encouraged to bring someone from your support circle—your mom, grandma, aunty, cousin, best friend—whoever’s walking this journey with you. We know that community looks different for everyone, and we want yours to feel seen and included, too.

No matter your path to parenthood, you deserve a village that meets you where you are—and walks with you from there.
