Meet Your Therapists

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don’t need to have the “right” answer before beginning.

Most people come to therapy feeling unsure, unsure what they need, unsure which therapist fits, unsure how to explain what’s wrong. That’s okay. Clarity often comes after you start, not before.

If one therapist’s focus stands out to you, trust that instinct and begin there. If you’re still uncertain, explore their individual pages to learn more about their approach and personality. The goal isn’t to choose perfectly. It’s to take the first step.

EMDR Intensives

If you are ready to move beyond weekly therapy and into deeper, structured trauma work, EMDR intensives may be a better fit.

This option is designed for people who:

  • Feel stuck in recurring patterns

  • Want to process trauma more efficiently

  • Prefer a focused, high-impact approach

Dr. Chyna Hill offers a limited number of intensives each month for California clients.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Healthcare providers are required to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. This estimate will be provided in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service.

You may also request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

Be sure to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.

For questions or more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
