In this weekly virtual circle, you’ll gather with other Black mothers for gentle connection, emotional check-ins, and tools to support your well-being.

Inside Each Circle

Each session includes a guided discussion with real-life tools and open reflection. Topics include:

✔ Setting boundaries with love and clarity

✔ Saying no without guilt and honoring your limits

✔ Finding moments of rest and joy in everyday life

✔ Releasing “mom guilt” and embracing self-compassion

✔ Making space for your emotional and physical needs

✔ Coping with overwhelm and resetting your nervous system

When: Every other Tuesday at 6 PM PT
Where: Virtual on Zoom
Length: 60 minutes
Who: Black mothers in any season of motherhood
Group Size: Intimate, supportive setting

Imani is a warm, experienced facilitator who holds space with deep cultural awareness and compassion. With a background in maternal wellness and emotional support, she guides each circle with presence, gentleness, and care — creating an atmosphere where every mama feels welcome and affirmed.
